Hi Folks!!

I´m new here. I´m going to try to explain my issue:

I have an integration between Zendesk and a SAML relationship with AD FS. 

The basic attributes are flowing correctly between both infrastructures, but when I try to send attributes from AD to Zendesk with custom attributes, Those fields have not been filled up. 

Could you help me with this?

    Hey Israel,

    Have you confirmed that the attributes you're trying to pass can be accepted? We have a list that you can review here.
