My background
1. I have marketplace website and I want to allow conversation between buyer and seller.
2. I tried to implement using Sunshine conversation, Multi-party, https://docs.smooch.io/guide/multi-party-conversations/#use-cases, and web messenger.
3. I tried to add seller to join the buyer's conversation with Join Conversation api, https://docs.smooch.io/rest/#operation/joinConversation, but I got the error "Participants can only join sdkGroup conversations."
4. Due to the error from step 3, I tried to create conversation, https://docs.smooch.io/rest/#operation/createConversation, with type 'sdkGroup', but I get the error 'Account must have sdkGroup conversations enabled to perform this action.'
Please help.

It appears that the Multi-party add-on may not have been enabled for your account.
I suggest reaching out to your AE or account manager in order to look into getting this set up for you.
