 I just don’t want to make it live on zendesk until I test it, I dont want it running on actual customers until I know for sure its good. How do I avoid that?

    Hi @nayredylc,

    Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide guidance on the usage of third party software when using Zendesk. Additionally, we’d encourage caution if you are using beta version software that is not intended for production implementation.
