Hello, I'm an active user of Zendesk. Our company has many customers and they are using Zendesk services.
We are trying to gather all log data to our server to create better experience for our customers. Gathering all log will also help us to understand our customers' behavior and allow us to predict their next actions, so we can suggest them insights beforehand.
Is it possible for our developers to bring Zendesk log data (as like we do with extract function in csv format) to our server? Are we accessible to it? We need web log of our clients using Zendesk services.

What kind of logs are you looking for (i.e. authentication, profile changes, tickets created)? Once we have that information we'll be able to better assist.
