My team has noticed that there are delays in receiving some tickets. They appear on Zendesk after 2 hours of being sent.
Can the Service incident on June 21st 2022 be related to this issue? (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4700190557338-Service-Incident-June-21st-2022)
