Hi everyone,

 

Though Zendesk's default language set is in Korean,

my colleauge's Zendesk language is English.

 

1. How can my colleague see the Zendesk language in Korean?

2. Is there a way to set preferred Zendesk lanauge?

*Zendesk language here means: Languges in Zendesk admin account

(Account , people, channel, workspace, etc )

Hello Jiyoon,

every Agent can set the language in their profile.

The language of the Account can be set in the Admin Center.

Thank you for the explaination!

Well noted that changing customer language by the profile is possible.

However, though Localization is set in Korean (as the seond image)

Though Zendesk admin center language(like below image) should be in Korean, for a colleague, it appeared in English. What could have gone wrong?

The language set in the user profile of your colleague may be English. If this is not the case, please refer to ticket 10989128 which I created where we can continue our conversation
