We are using proofpoint for our email gateway security and we have a phishing rule in place that is flagging legit zendesk support emails as phishing and is discarding them. I have a rule in place for our envelope sender email address to bypass the phishing rule but we want tighten our security and would like to use zendesk's hostname IP. I can't find any articles about this so was wondering if anyone can help with this. Thanks!
