Zendesk Email Hostname/IP to Safelist

Hi,

We are using proofpoint for our email gateway security and we have a phishing rule in place that is flagging legit zendesk support emails as phishing and is discarding them. I have a rule in place for our envelope sender email address to bypass the phishing rule but we want tighten our security and would like to use zendesk's hostname IP. I can't find any articles about this so was wondering if anyone can help with this. Thanks!

Just to confirm, all of the IP addresses that appear should be safelisted in our email gateway? Just curious because there's a few dozen in there. Thanks.

That's correct! You'll want to add each of the IP Addresses listed in the article to your email safelist.
