I need to forward all emails from another work email address to Zendesk, but I am prompted with a failure. The reason is
Forwarding check is pending, see details since 2 minutes ago
SPF does not include Zendesk Support View Details
DNS records are not set correctly View Details

In regards to your concern, the following issue is because the email forwarding has not been set up yet. The reason why the email is not being forwarded to Zendesk. You need to configure the email forwarding first by setting up the DNS/SPF records.
