Thanks for reaching out! To answer your question, there is no limit on the number of tickets that an ned-user can raise. The only limit is the number of tickets per hour/rate limit.

Hello @ivan33, what is the maximum amount of tickets an end user can raise per hour/day? We have an end user that got an error message saying 'Because of too many requests, we've temporarily restricted your access to this page. Try again in a minute'. How do we avoid this?
