Hi, is there a way to use the IP address I can view from a ticket (under events) inside a email trigger? ( eg: something like, requester.ip_address, ticket.ip_address )

I'd like to know if theres an appropriate placeholder I can use.

There is not currently an option to present that data with placeholders, though if that is something you would like to see in the future I always recommend interacting with our Community Feedback. Our development teams use that to help gauge priority and identify future development opportunities.
