User profile in email template without indenting the body text?

I find that the column of whitespace on the left is unnecessary. As becomes clear from the second picture, removing the whitespace makes it possible to fit quite a bit more text on the screen.

I'm afraid the text field location cannot be changed or restructured in that way. It may be possible with custom code, but that'd be outside our scope.

Is there a possibility to adjust our email template in such a way, that the user profile photo is still shown, but the email body is not indented?
Currently, when the user profile photo option is selected, this means that the text body is indented, and I feel that this is a waste of screen real estate on mobile devices.
