Unable to see ticket history especially the new ticket created by the end user

When the end user creates a ticket you won't be able to see the history anymore please see the attached photo, good thing I was able to capture some of the history or what is should look like with picture number two

This is how it looked like before, so wondering what happened to it 

Hope we can get this issue resolved

Tickets that are created by an end-user should all be seen under the "Requested tickets" tab. We have not changed this feature. If you are still seeing this behavior, I highly suggest reaching out to our Support team for further checking. More information here: Contacting Zendesk Customer Support.

Hi Paolo,

Everythings was alright but after October 31,2023 all hell break loose please check our account since we are having some challenges working with our customer or end user if you will check all ticket dated October 31,2023 it was functioning well but after that day we cannot see new tickets and the history is not showing the new tickets anymore, please we need some urgency with this matter

As you can see already created ticket but not getting any respond, and this is urgent because of end users are getting affected with the changes
