When the end user creates a ticket you won't be able to see the history anymore please see the attached photo, good thing I was able to capture some of the history or what is should look like with picture number two

Tickets that are created by an end-user should all be seen under the "Requested tickets" tab. We have not changed this feature. If you are still seeing this behavior, I highly suggest reaching out to our Support team for further checking. More information here: Contacting Zendesk Customer Support.
