Tracking outbound emails sent through zendesk

are we able to pull a report on outbound email sent through zendesk based on subject title?  Is there a way to track open rates on these zendesk outbound emails?

Hi Sandy -

Zendesk Support doesn't have this capability built in, but there is a paid third-party app available called Read Receipts – see the official comment here for a link and a discount code: Track Email Opens

Zendesk Sell, which is designed for outbound sales efforts, does have this capability as a standard feature: Monitoring email open rate and link clicks

Hi there! 

If someone's still looking, Email Tracking can do such a job for Zendesk Support, too. It displays the open, reply, and bounce rates; also shows the accurate time when the email was opened.

I'm also curious if there is a report for outbound emails. Our agents send more outbound emails than they receive inbound emails, and I'd like to track this in ZD.
