Tickets default the tags from an organization's tags

Hey,

I've searched the help guides and I can't see a way to disable organization tags automatically adding to a tickets tags when a ticket is created.  Can anyone can help point me in the right direction to disable this feature?

    That is the whole point of organization tags. To avoid this, remove the tags from the org.

      Oh ok, I thought the organization tags were to help organize and search for organizations, and then ticket tags would be separate to search and organise tickets?
