
Hi Today I received a ticket and got a question.
Actually, right one is the original email form of customer and the left one is the ticket form I received at HelpCenter.
But, the form of Url address has broken as you can see.
Is there anybody has same problem with me?
Thank you for reaching out to Zendesk Support. In regards to your concern, looking at the screenshot that you provided, I don't see any differences and issues with them. Other than the fact that the reason why the URL was broken or was not hyperlinked is that there's a space at the end where the "/" is.
After the word "token" there's a space that cuts off the "/" part of the URL. It could have been accidentally changed, but I would advise checking if there are other instances that this is happening.
