The Subject field is missing on creat new ticket

Hi, when creating a new ticket in Zendesk, the Subject field is now missing. If we recieve tickets from email etc. the subject field apperars.

I cannot see that we hav done any changes to this. How do we get it back?

Hello Marius, 

The Subject field must have been deactivated. Can you go to Admin Center > Object & Rules > Tickets > Fields and activate the field?
