Suspended & Deleted Tickets Category, how to hide them

Hi, 

I would like to know if there's any chance for the categories Suspended & Deleted Tickets Category can be hidden from the View Section.

I don't want to delete them, I just want my team to be focused on the tickets that are really relevant.

For agents to no longer see these two views you mentioned, you would need to change their role permissions so they're no longer able to delete tickets. More information can be found in this article: Enabling agents to delete tickets

It would be great to be able to hide these views without removing the permissions. We want agents to be able to Delete a ticket but not see the view, similar to how an agent can assign a ticket to a different group or brand that they don't have access to. These views take up space that could be better utilized for other items.
