Hi,
I would like to know if there's any chance for the categories Suspended & Deleted Tickets Category can be hidden from the View Section.
I don't want to delete them, I just want my team to be focused on the tickets that are really relevant.

For agents to no longer see these two views you mentioned, you would need to change their role permissions so they're no longer able to delete tickets. More information can be found in this article: Enabling agents to delete tickets
