Is it possible to have the history of the side conversation kept or the option to keep? Everytime there are multiple exchanges the history from the previous discussions doesn't pass along. My team and I have to continuously copy and paste the history into our next reply so that nothing is missed...

My humblest apologies for the delayed response on this. At this time, it is not possible to have the history of the side conversation kept in the current discussion when continuing a conversation from previous discussions. This does sound like an excellent feature that could be added in a future release, so I encourage you to submit this idea to our Side Conversation Improvements Feedback Community Page
