Show support ticket without sign in with login form

Hello,

I need to display a ticket via its URL (ex : zendesk.com/agent/tickets/001) without the user having to sign-in.

I use Zendesk's account system and I cannot set up SSO or JWT. I use Zendesk Support Professional.

Can I make an authentification in HTTPS call for agent interface ?

Hi William,

Would you like your customers to view and manage their own tickets? if yes, that is available under Guide Professional. When your users are logged into your Help Center, they can click on their profile picture and select My Activities. That will automatically take them to a list of their tickets in Support and check the individual requests. Unfortunately, customers need to sign in to view their tickets.

Thank you for your answer.

My request is for agents. I need to show a ticket on agent interface. My issue is when a user browses to a ticket via its URL, he have to sign-in with the login form.

Is it possible to bypass this form with URL parameters, HTTP headers or another method ?

Hi William,

Unfortunately, agents can only view the tickets if they are logged in on their accounts. This is hardcoded in the system and also part of Zendesk Security.

Alternatively, if you would like your agents to access or view their assigned ticket while they are outside Support, you can set triggers to send them email notifications. More information can be found here: How are Zendesk Support email notifications sent out? and About the Support default triggers
