Hi all,

As a "Light Agent" I don't have permission to change ticket properties. What can I do to see or to expand the complete list of CC's as "+ 4 more" is disabled?

      Hi @daniel75, 

      This is an expected behavior. What you can do is check on the Ticket Events to see the list of cc users.
