Is there a way that I can setup/send a mass email by keeping all customer emails in BCC - A notification or an announcement kind of scenario.

Zendesk isn't natively designed for sending mass email campaigns -- see Can I send out mass emails campaigns to customers from Zendesk?
However, as an alternative, you could create tickets in bulk (one ticket for each customer you want to notify), using either the Create Many Tickets API endpoint, or paid third-party apps such as Proactive Bulk Tickets or Proactive Campaigns.
