Send email to multi users within different organisations

Is there a way I can send an email or raise a ticket for multiple end-users across our customer network in order to provide a quick update?  All email addresses would need to be BCCd in.

Hi Debra,
 

Not within the tool natively, though.  There is a legacy add-on called customer lists (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408845617306-Creating-and-using-customer-lists), but in most cases the recommended approach is to use a third party tool to initialize the email (like MailChimp), and have the reply to address be your support email.  Note that this will only created tickets for responses (or auto-responses), but those responses would be on their own unique threads.
