Remove Location/IP Address from Tickets

We are required to remove the geo location of our tickets after a certain period of time - is there a way to currently do this within Zendesk? Or are there any planned features that will be able to do t his?

Hi @nora11 . At the moment, that's not natively possible yet. So that is something I advise you to provide your feedback on our community where our Developers and product managers can see.
