How can I natively preview an attachment send by a customer in a ticket? Having to download every attachment slows down the workflow immensely.

However, the preview only works for image attachments.

By design, non-image attachments automatically download upon clicking, while image attachments provide a preview of the image before offering the option to download. You can learn more about email attachments here. I'm afraid there's not a way to do this. But you might consider, Denver's suggestion for getting the app to preview the attachment. Thanks!
