Please help - ZenDesk automated emails are a bit "wooden"

Could someone please take me through the steps on how to change the automated emails, so that they are customized to the company.

Hi Michelle,

Ahmed hits the mark on this one and you can always check your Ticket events to see which trigger sends the notification to your customer. This will give you an easy way to identify which trigger you need to edit.
