Please help me figure out the predefined placeholder for the requester's first name :)

Hi everyone! 

It has probably already been asked before many-many times, but I can't seem to find the answer. 

I'm trying to get the settings so that Zendesk scrapes only the first name of the user (requester) from the ticket and automatically puts it in the macro.

"Hi {{ticket.requester.name}}," works, but scrapes the full name, which sounds awkward :)
