What's the placeholder for multi-select custom fields?  Nothing seems to work from Zendesk documentation

Hey Rob,

I believe you should be able to use ticket.ticket_field_option_title_(ID) within to pull your multi-select fields.

Let me know if that doesn't get you what you're looking for!

It doesn't work in my macros.

Is this possible or no?

Hey Rob,

Can you share a screenshot of the macro you created?

What happens when you apply the macro? Does the placeholder just show up as empty space?

Any additional information you can share is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hey Rob,

I'm going to create a ticket on your behalf so our Customer Care team can dig into this further to see why this field isn't rendering properly.

You'll receive an email shortly stating the ticket your ticket has been created.

Cheers!

Was this ever resolved?

Hi Ronald,

I have tried it on my end and it's indeed working. Please use the placeholder below.
In addition, make sure that the it is in plain text format. If even one of the characters are in Italics/slanted, the placeholder will not work.
