Hi there, 

I always get a response from customers that they receive a blank message.

Could you please advise how to fix this issue? This is causing me to resend my emails and get a bad feedback rating.

Hi @mitzki, without further information this could be related to your trigger placeholder and/or dynamic content, or your email template (HTML).

  • Does this happen when a ticket is created, updated or both?
  • Does this happen for all workflows, or just one in particular?

If you use a test/end-user email address and reply as agent, can you replicate this behavior? If possible, please share a screenshot of your trigger actions (ie. the trigger that notifies the requester for the affected workflow).
