Not receiving forwarded support emails after changing domain

Hi,

Last week, we changed our Zendesk domain. Before, customers could send emails to support@addyinvest.com, which would then be forwarded and created as Zendesk tickets.

Now, it doesn't work and we get the below errors.

 

If I try to connect the support@addyinvest.com, I get this error:

 

Would appreciate help ASAP with this issue so that we can get back to processing member's requests!

Hi Addy Support. This error is common if there's already an end-user or agent that is linked to that email address. I would suggest using the Search at the top-right hand corner of your screen to check out the profile under that email address or "addy Support". If you don't need that end-user or agent, just delete that profile and you'd be able to add it as an external support address.
