is it possible to add certain noreply emails to the views without automatically excluding them?

I have a view in which I only want to see mails that have a certain email address. However, this address is a noreply@beispiel.com address, which means that it is automatically suspended. In the meantime I have tried to solve it with the Allow list, but I don't know if it really works.

Okay, I would suggest to give all endusers with noreply@Beispiel.com (könnten auch in DE schreiben :-)) an additional tag ("noreply_view" for example) and to select only tickets with this tag and needed status in the requested view.

Hey Martin,

The primary concern here is why the ticket is being suspended.  Adding it to the allow list will help, and you can also make it a light agent.  Once you solve for that, adding the tag as Stephan has mentioned should do the trick.

Hier geht es vor allem darum, warum das Ticket gesperrt wird. Es hilft, ihn zur Zulassungsliste hinzuzufügen, und Sie können ihn auch zu einem Light Agent machen. Sobald Sie das gelöst haben, sollte das Hinzufügen des von Stephan erwähnten Tags ausreichen.
