I would like to report on Ticket offers, but some tickets display this message: No tickets in this view. Help. I would like to know the reason for this message and how I can access the content of this message.

Can you select the drop-down option next to Tickets requested (0) and see if there's any tickets that the user is CC'd on? I'm thinking that is why it's showing 1 ticket under the users profile which is expected behavior.
