looking for a way to make my new tickets stand out more, I've seen on the new agent work space new tickets bounce to attract more attention, does anyone know a way I can do this not using workspace, or any other ideas are welcome

Agent Workspace must be activated before you can enable custom ticket statuses. As a workaround, you can create a separate ticket view that only displays new ticket status that needs to be triaged or to be worked on.
