Are we able to use different email domains in one account?
We have a small team that handles support for a group of education sites. We would like to have all support email addresses for these different sites in one account.
Example:
support@edusite1.com
support@edusite2.com etc
Is this doable?
I've read about Brands and you can probably do it with this feature, but we have very basic support requirements and have a few agents that handle multiple sites, so we would really rather get a lower plan which unfortunately does not come with Brands..
