Message in Hebrew is sent in RTL but shows up in LTR in customer's inbox

On Zendesk the agent is typing in Right to left script and it works just fine. But the customer receives the communication in Left to right script format. Please find below the sample test result:

Hi Karen, 

I've tried this on my account and it is received in Gmail as RTL:

It's possible that the email account that received the email doesn't support RTL. Have you tried sending a Hebrew email not via Zendesk to see if it is displayed as RTL?

Our customers mainly use the outlook client.

Strange enough, on the  outlook web it shows up as RTL but on the application it shows as LTR.
