Merge tickets with automatic replies going into "Internal Reply"

I need to merge several tickets together at once. And I do not want to uncheck the box for each ticket to prevent people from getting automated replies.

Is there a way to merge tickets and have the automated replies go into "Internal Reply"?

Hi Zach,

Here's how you can merge tickets in bulk: Bulk merging tickets.

On the other hand, there's no setting to automatically uncheck the said checkbox. A workaround is to uncheck this setting:

Keep in mind though that this setting will be applied to all tickets, not only merged ones. You can find it under admin > settings > tickets in your Zendesk Support.
