Hi!
Second day of Zendesk here.
I have looked for answers but could not find anything similar.
When I see a new ticket unassigned in the dashboard (or from views > unassigned tickets), I open them and select an assignee.
Then, I go one one step back and refresh the page. However, the tickets still looks unassigned and if I open the tickets, the assignee information disappears.
Am I doing something wrong?
(note, at the moment both me and my colleagues are admin of the page).
