Hello,

I cannot find the setting where I change which fields are mandatory before the ticket can be assigned to another agent.

The fields are: Type, Priority, Subject etc.

Hi @søren14,

You can create a trigger that resets the assignee back to blank or unassigned if specific custom fields are null/empty when re-assigning a ticket to an agent. Here's a sample draft I created:
