Hi,
We have a global issue with our Zendesk where it appears shifted to the far left. This only happens on the IE11 , edge and chrome are fine, however, we need it to work on 11.
Yesterday this was fine, everyone was ok and this is how it was seen:

However, Today everyone on any device, has issues with it and it is displaying like this:

Could someone please help me in fixing this issue?

It looks like this is a known issue with our developers and a fix has recently been deployed. If you can have your agents clear their browsers cache/cookies and try to access the agent interface again that should resolve the issue.
