There should be a scroll bar here that has since gone missing over the weekend:
We have made no changes to our Zendesk instance. Have also disabled custom sidebar apps and the problem persists. This seems to be a bug recently introduced by a Zendesk change.

Apologies for the trouble as it seems we had an incident yesterday where the interaction history within the customer context panel is not allowing users to scroll.
A fix for this has been deployed already and should be resolved by now. May I confirm if you are still experiencing issues as of today? Thanks!
