Hello - 

Some messages sent to a Zendesk support email are flagged as suspended.  They pass SPF, they pass DKIM.  We read the support articles about suspended messages.  No further information appears to be available - how do we set no messages to be suspended?  Thanks!

Hi @dave32,

If you are still experiencing issues with tickets being suspended, we ask that you please open a ticket with our Support team so we can investigate specifics with your account.
