Hi All,
I have got a dataset (.CSV) and I need to import each line in the dataset as a ticket in Zendesk. Do anyone how to do it or is there any app which will do it for free or any workaround to create the bulk of ticket?

Have you taken a look through the Zendesk Marketplace? That is a good place to start to find an app or a Zendesk partner that can help you.
