Hyperlinks in tickets is wrong

Hi!

The link in blue is wrong. Its pointed to zendesk wheras we would have it changed to our 3pl system. How can i change this?

Hi @waqas

Zendesk automagically hyperlinks a number prefixed by a hash symbol "#", expecting that this is a ticket ID.

However, when I hyperlink such a message, the link I set was preserved.
Is the external hyperlink you are expecting set from the sending end?
