We are all new here and thought everyone submitted tickets via email. We just found out 22% of our tickets are submitted via a ticket form. We cannot find it anywhere. Where would we find this.

These could be coming from the web form in your help center (if you have that enabled), but if you're seeing tickets attributed to "Web form" in Explore reporting, those tickets could also be follow-up tickets, which are created when a customer responds to a ticket that has already been closed.
