How to customize email "from :"

Hi,

I've red all the knowledge base about email customization, and I don't find an answer to this.

 

We have a few different brands, with different names.

 

Here is the process :

- a new ticket comes in, automation starts :

- with the ticket brand, it assigns the ticket to a group of agents;

- an agent answers, and it looks like this :

You can see that the brand is "Pioupiou By Blondie", but in the "from", it's "Moana R. (Cdlt•)"
I'd like to remove the "Cdlt•", or to change it to the brand's name if possible.

Thank you very much for your answer.

The issue is I deal with multiple brands (20+) so is there any way to select the support address by default being the one that received the contact request ?

Yes but it will not display correctly then, because it will display another name (check the screenshot I posted), which I think is the Zendesk's account name.
