In our company, we have to CC other people other than the requester. As an agent, I will like to be able to see if the message was sent to the person CC'ed too. Since we updated Zendesk, we cant view it. Is there a trick or a button to see it? All I can see in the drop down menu is Redact.
How can I view who I sent the message to?
Hi Yeny - If you check the Ticket Events, you should be able to confirm which users were CC'ed on each message within the ticket.
I typically use CMD + F and search for the CCs line on the specific public comment I'd like to dig into:
