I want to know how to get the meta data of Facebook comment when it create a ticket
I want to know the comment ID / comment ID how to get these Info inside Zendesk ?

The comment ID is the same from the end of the URL in Facebook. For example, it looks like this:
https://www.facebook.com/testaccount/posts/123345667899?comment_id=2001234456
Thank you @dainne however I need to somehow get the commenter id and comment Id from the comment inside Zendesk is that possible ? and how ?
