Greetings everyone!

I was curious if anyone had html code/snippet for a self solved email?

We send out links in an automated response, but were looking to add a yes/no if it resolved and closed the ticket automatically before any agent interaction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Per the comments on this article: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408825385242-Configuring-email-autoreplies-to-deflect-requests#topic_v2y_2mb_kxb 

"That is part of a pre-determined placeholder, answer_bot.article_list, and unfortunately cannot be edited or replaced, since it is required by the automation."

That said, enabling this feature should activate that element for you.
