Hi, Is There a way to download a single ticket from Zendesk? Needed for attaching in SAP

Hi Gordon,

You can print the correspondence within a ticket by using the button to the right of the Ticket subject and selecting Print ticket:

Depending on your machine you should be able to save this content as a PDF file or similar.

Is that what you need?

Hello. We also need the ability to download a ticket. The print option is not sufficient. We need to include all of the attachments as well as capture the side conversations. Is there a way to format the print ticket option to include side conversations as well so that it will not overlay the side conversations over the top of the tickets and also append the attachments to the print to pdf option?

Hey Jennifer,

I'm afraid there's no way to download a single ticket natively within Zendesk. You may want to take a look at our App Marketplace to see if there's a 3rd party integration available that can accomplish what you're looking for. Otherwise you'll need to use the Zendesk API to export this ticket data.
