Do we need to have a basic or standard subscription for integrating Zendesk hand off or live agent functionality with Botpress customized chatbot

Hello, 

I have developed a dedicated chatbot for an application using Botpress, now to transfer calls or messages to a live agent, I need to integrate it with Zendesk. Hence, do I need a basic/standard subscription for this task.

Hi Kavya,

Upon checking, it turns out that all you need to set up Zendesk Integration with Botpress is an API token from Zendesk. Currently, API access is available to all our plans, including the basic or standard (support-only). For more information, please see below article:
