Is it possible for the function of sending an email to customer and when they click on reply and will be direct to reply to a specific email address. Similar to how outlook is capable of doing this?

Currently, Zendesk doesn't have that feature to redirect replies to a specific email address when the customer clicks on reply. Zendesk is not a true traditional email platform like Outlook and Gmail, for example. So there may be some features which traditional email CAN do, that Zendesk is not able to.
